provinces in Indonesia which means there are 29 Indonesian provinces without an AIYA Chapter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-cfc683bb-7fff-1afd-eb2c-214b4ee7239a\">If you are based in one of these provinces and would like to establish an AIYA Chapter, here is the style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To establish a new Chapter, there must be a minimum of three (3) members on the founding committee, of which two (2) must be Chapter Executives (Chapter President, Vice President, Secretary).<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These three founding members must be paid AIYA members at the time of application, must have intentions to stay within the Chapter team for at least 12 months.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><style>.tatsu-S1eZON3K7O{border-style: solid;}<\/style><\/li><li  class=\"tatsu-list-content tatsu-Skb-dV3tmO   \" ><div class=\"tatsu-list-inner\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The founding committee are asked to create a proposal outlining:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Why the province is a suitable location for an AIYA Chapter<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What types of events could be hosted<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How regular events are expected to be held<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide an estimated budget for proposed events<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">List the types of potential partner organisations AIYA might be able to work with in the province\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acknowledge that the Chapter agrees to abide by <a href=\"\/policies\">AIYA policies and processes<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any other supporting information<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><style>.tatsu-Skb-dV3tmO{border-style: Chapter.
