LGT-VP seeks candidates who, among other things, possess:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u2022 3-7 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of investment experience with financial and operational due-diligence ([private equity]\/[venture capital] deal execution experience in Indonesia\/ Southeast Asia) and potentially has 2 or more years of business consulting\/operations experience in early stage companies in Southeast Asia<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u2022 Intuitive understanding of early stage business models and different entrepreneurial styles and an innate ability to strike strong working relationships with entrepreneurs and a variety of stakeholders that form their eco-system, such as banks or finance organizations, sector experts or policymakers<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u2022 Proven track record of providing support to businesses at multiple levels including operations, strategy and governance, through working with a variety of portfolio companies or through working directly in a key role within an organization; sector knowledge in specific thematic areas will be an advantage.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Fluency in English and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is also required.
