Selamat membaca!<\/em><\/h3>\n<h2>In the news<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"line-height: 13px;\">The biggest news story in Indonesia this week was undoubtedly the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2013\/08\/15\/business\/energy-environment\/oil-regulator-in-indonesia-arrested-in-bribery-investigation.html?ref=indonesia&amp;_r=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arrest of the chief of the country&#8217;s upstream oil and gas regulator, SKK Migas, by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"line-height: 13px;\">ANZ is said to be looking to sell its stake in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.panin.co.id\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bank Panin<\/a>\u00a0to Japan&#8217;s Mizuho, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/2013-08-14\/anz-bank-said-to-be-in-talks-to-sell-bank-panin-stake-to-mizuho.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to media reports<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<em>FT&#8217;s\u00a0<\/em>Ben Bland (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.twitter.com\/benjaminbland\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@benjaminbland<\/a>)\u00a0has a terrific feature on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ft.com\/intl\/cms\/s\/0\/4b31a456-0021-11e3-ba6b-00144feab7de.html#axzz2c5AWOlrp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the state of Indonesia&#8217;s presidential election cycle<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Indonesia&#8217;s central bank\u2014which has the unenviable task of having to deal with high inflation, slowing economic growth <em>and<\/em> a weakening Rupiah\u2014<a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2013\/08\/15\/us-indonesia-economy-rate-idUSBRE97E0YK20130815\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">left official interest rates on hold yesterday<\/a>.\u00a0<em>The Australian&#8217;s\u00a0<\/em>Jakarta corro Peter Alford has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theaustralian.com.au\/opinion\/columnists\/fiscal-uncertainty-dogs-indonesia\/story-e6frg78x-1226696597067\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">some good analysis of Indonesia&#8217;s fiscal situation<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><em>Reuters\u00a0<\/em>interviewed Finance Minister M.
