{"id":3381,"date":"2014-03-11T11:49:42","date_gmt":"2014-03-11T00:49:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.aiya.org.au\/?p=3381"},"modified":"2021-07-10T19:09:23","modified_gmt":"2021-07-10T09:09:23","slug":"now-open-hamer-scholarships-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aiya.org.au\/id\/2014\/03\/11\/now-open-hamer-scholarships-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Now open: Hamer Scholarships Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The first round of the Victorian Government\u2019s Hamer Scholarships program is now open.<\/p>\n<p>The program offers up to 50 scholarships to Australian citizens or permanent residents based in Victoria to take part in one to two semesters\u2019 study at <a href=\"http:\/\/dsdbi.vic.gov.au\/grants-tenders-and-awards\/scholarships-and-fellowships\/the-hamer-scholarships-program\/program-information\/hamer-scholarships-indonesia\">approved institutions in Indonesia<\/a>, including the University of Indonesia in Jakarta, Universitas Gadjah Mada and UPI Bandung.<\/p>\n<p>The scholarships, worth $10,000 each, can be used to cover transport, accomodation, living expenses, tuition and text books \u2014 amongst other things.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are open until the 7th of April.
