{"id":3949,"date":"2014-06-30T13:41:00","date_gmt":"2014-06-30T03:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.aiya.org.au\/?p=3949"},"modified":"2021-07-10T18:40:41","modified_gmt":"2021-07-10T08:40:41","slug":"casework-volunteer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aiya.org.au\/id\/2014\/06\/30\/casework-volunteer\/","title":{"rendered":"Casework Volunteer at Reprieve"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.reprieve.org\/\">Reprieve<\/a>, a London-based charitable organisation that aims to put an end to the death penalty and abuses of the global \u201cwar on terror\u201d is looking to recruit a casework volunteer based in Indonesia, to work closely with and under the supervision of the London based casework lawyer for South East Asia.<\/p>\n<p>Reprieve are recruiting for a casework volunteer to act as a contact\/liaison person between our caseworkers and clients, embassy staff, local lawyers, interpreters, prison officers and media. Applicants should be able to dedicate a minimum of twelve hours per week to the role, within office hours, for a minimum of three months.
