- Elon Musk recently met with Indonesian Minister Luhut Pandjaitan to discuss investment opportunities in Indonesia’s electric vehicles battery industry. However, ironically, the real investment opportunity arose after Musk sampled the popular candy Kopiko; upon giving the candy ‘two thumbs up’, Musk’s review prompted Kopiko stocks to rise by 7.35 per cent the next day! - Eid al-Fitr is normally a joyful celebration — a time of feasting and family. But for those in Australia returning to Indonesia for the first time since the pandemic, it is also a period of grieving for the loved ones they have lost. “It definitely feels very different now when I arrived home without them,” says Mr Wiguna, an Indonesian Australian permanent resident.
